Ingredients:

  • Pork Ribs

Sauce Ingredients:

  • 2 cups BBQ sauce or teriyaki
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoons dry mustard
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons oregano
  • Sriracha to taste
  • 1 tablespoons of honey

1. Cut the ribs into 2 or 3 bones sections

2. Add salt to a large pot of water and boil ribs for 40 minutes

3. Mix together sauce ingredients and cook for 15 minutes over low heat.
4. Once ribs are boiled and sauce is ready, put the ribs on the grill to brown them.

5. After browning on both sides, remove them and place them in a container with the sauce and let them rest for 5 to 10 minutes submerged in the liquid.

7. Place them on the grill again and DONE! Buon appetito. Mangiare! Finger-licking good!
