Rub Suggestion

BAD BYRON'S BUTT RUB

1) Preheat oven to 350F.

2) Remove membrane from the back of the ribs. Remove excess fat.

3) Cut ribs into 1 or 2 rib strips depending on thickness

Tony's Tip: The acid from the lemon tenderizes the meat.

5) Cut lemon in half and squeeze onto strips of ribs.

6) Generously apply rib rub to the strips of ribs.

7) Place rub dressed ribs bone up on a foil lined tray. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 2 1/2 hours.

8) Remove ribs. Generously apply BBQ sauce. (see Eduardo’s BBQ sauce preparation) Bake on broil for about 5 minutes or place on grill.

Tony's Tip: Be sure not to burn the BBQ Sauce!

9) Remove ribs again. Turn over ribs and Generously apply BBQ sauce. Bake on broil for about 5 minutes or place on grill.
