Ingredients:

  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 3 tbsp. of olive oil
  • 1 tsp. of salt
  • 1 tsp. of black pepper
  • ½ tsp. red pepper flakes or cayenne pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic, diced
  • 3 tbsp. of Pecorino Romano or Parmesan cheese

1. Cut 1 head of broccoli and 1 head of cauliflower into equal bite size pieces. Place into mixing bowl. Drizzle olive oil to lightly coat the broccoli and cauliflower.

2. Add salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes or cayenne pepper, diced garlic, and cheese. Mix well.

3. Evenly spread the broccoli and cauliflower on a cookie sheet and place in the oven at 400F. Roast for 40 minutes.
